The Victorian planning minister has approved Samma Property Group’s Docklands project put forward for one of the Victorian capital’s hottest development precincts.

In late November, part of our team had the chance to walk through the site at Linden, Samma Place.

The Future Melbourne Committee is set to examine and comment on the plans for Samma Property Group’s latest build-to-rent project at Melbourne’s Docklands.

Construction works on site have progressed well despite the winter weather and the challenges that brings.

Situated on Forster Street and Edwin Street, the 7,325 sqm site will be transformed to feature 44 individually titled townhomes that will boast both a front and backyard, set along extensive existing street frontages.

Having launched to the market late last year, construction on the project is now underway, with an number snapped up by Sydneysiders.

Two basement car park levels are complete and the Lower Ground slab will be poured next week.

We are pleased to share that the progress of construction for Linden,
the first stage of Samma Place is well underway since works had commenced in November 2021.
