We recently had the chance to walk through the site at Linden, Samma Place.
The construction is going well despite the wet weather in Melbourne. The main Lift core is now complete, with the floor plates constructed to Level 7. The installation of windows and precast has progressed, and we are now seeing individual apartments being built with plastering and painting commencing to the lower levels.
Samma Place will be a distinctive addition to the Ivanhoe community, and we look forward to seeing the following stages of this project come to life alongside our project partners.
