We are pleased to share our latest construction update of Linden,
the first stage of Samma Place, Ivanhoe.
Two basement car park levels are complete and the Lower Ground slab will be poured next week. All inground services including retention tanks, stormwater and sewer have been installed. The lift core is ahead of the construction programme. The slip form up to Level 4 of the building is ahead of schedule.
Despite the wet weather we have experienced, the overall construction of Linden is on programme.
Facade, precast, kitchen and bathroom shop drawings are being reviewed and approved, as well as the final approval of the selection of materials. Currently, there are more than 80 people working on-site. The construction team will ramp up significantly every month from here on.
We are aiming for the completion of construction by Q2, 2023. We will keep you updated with more detailed onsite progress during construction.
