Starting in the right place

The right place
We look for suburbs and locations that have fundamental strengths such as access to transport, proximity to shopping, recreation, employment, education and health facilities. We then assess each of them (using metrics such as ‘walkability’ scores) to help us to compare different locations.

The right price
We apply the same disciplines to pricing. For example, a key factor when assessing suitable sites is the price differential between average house and average apartment prices in the area. If the ratio is high, it’s one sign that it’s a good place to build apartments – providing homebuyers and investors with scope for capital growth and high rental returns.

We can even represent you on the Owners Corporation or Body Corporate.

And if you ever decide to sell your property, we can manage the sale for you via Samma Real Estate, providing you with the proceeds of sale or the option of re-investing in another Samma apartment.
