Our cleaning operatives clean communal areas 7 days a week, ensuring our environments are safe and that the highest hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
All maintenance issues are handled by our in-house team. You can contact them directly at any time, or simply log an issue on the Residents app. Our Help Desk will liaise with our on-site maintenance team to ensure any minor faults are fixed without inconvenience to our residents. They’re also on hand to assist with everything from hanging picture frames to installing a new TV. Let us know what you need and we’ll do our best to assist or introduce you to someone who can.

Our Building Management team is there to ensure the smooth running of the entire building and to coordinate the rest of the team. There is a Building Manager who reports to our Head of Operations, and they work together to see that we uphold the highest standards of service, quality, comfort and convenience, dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently.
